• Must submit application, FULL payment, and USA Hockey Roster
• This is an invitational tournament – teams will be notified of their acceptance by Nov. 1st, 2010
• Rules will be posted on www.jrknights.org no later than December 1st, 2010
• There will be a limit of up to 5 teams per division
• The tournament will start Friday afternoon at 5 pm. All teams must be prepared to play Friday night
• ALL teams must stay at official tournament hotels which will be e-mailed to you upon acceptance
• GATE FEE (scholarship fund)- $10.00 weekend gate fee for parents, guests - $5.00 single day gate fee (children under 18 free); all tournament players, 3 coaches passes, and team manager are free; player passes will be given to team manager
• Applications are only accepted with full payment. Team registrations will not be held
